<![CDATA[FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH OF SALIDA - Blog]]>Wed, 31 Dec 2025 09:42:45 -0800Weebly<![CDATA[Rock of Ages Prison Ministry]]>Wed, 13 Oct 2021 17:42:40 GMThttps://www.fccofsalida.org/blog/rock-of-ages-prison-ministry​Melody Ireland’s son, Sid Stone, has been part of Rock of Ages prison ministries since 2013 and is committed to filling 900 Christmas stockings for the inmates.  Many of these prisoners’ families have abandoned them and this is the only gift they will receive during their incarceration and beyond.  A list of needed products is in the Church Fellowship Hall and they can all be purchased at any Dollar store, or you can give cash.  Please make out your checks to FCC of Salida and indicate “prison ministry.”  We have until October 25th to donate.  A Christmas box is in the narthex for your donation of product. THANK YOU!
